I had a call from Barny White who asked for my husband. I put the phone down, he immediately rang back and said he was from NCPS Nuisance call Prevention Service. He said our are had had a lot of nuisance calls and said as above for ?84.99 he could stop all these calls and after 3 years it would be free. Gave me a number to ring the same as above complainants. 13/07/2017 01393 847 125 called at 16.23. I didn't answer but got the number from dialling 1471. I am also ex-directory and registered with the TPS. I have a recorded message for cold callers on my phone. I keep a list of all unfamiliar numbers who call me and don't seem to have been called by this number or similar before.

HMRC called twice on 1/2/18 I was aware of it being a scam as it was reported in the Sun Newspaper and on the news that day.
