Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Have told them in no uncertain terms (!) that I know it is a scam and that they are NOT calling from Microsoft and requested they never call my number again. Lame sales call, claiming to work with BT Openreach. Considering that Openreach hasn t been called "BT Openreach" for several years, BT divested the company in March 2017. So, lame start to sales call. Then claims to save money on broadband and phone, I think we have all heard these claims.

Constant calls from this number 5 times a day minimum have had to block the number now getting beyond a joke asking for someone I never heard of and I ve had my payg sim for 3 years!!

Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? Caller said my 24 month service contract on washing machine had expired. When I informed him I didn't have one he said "so you won't want to renew" and hung up.
