In the end they pleaded with me to stop calling them. I suggest everyone who has an all inclusive phone contract, and a few minutes to spare on a train journey or a long car trip, to fight fire with fire - give them a taste of their own tactics. I do not bank with Santander, neither privately or as a business... scare tactics to get to you answer the phone next time they call.. I don t think so!
