received 3 times calls from this number 01312002386 stating that they work for the housing association, renting flats to people in need. got an address from them which turned to be a fake address: the property does not exist

Repeatedly calls and hand hangs up

Constantly calling every two to three days. I know it's a Manchester number in England getting fed up with the constant calling.

Cold caller ... Just told them straight away I wasn't who they was calling for (lol) told them to take my name off database not had a call since. Works every time.

I answered this call and it was from a local O2 upgrades team. They explained they had my information as I had opted in to allow marketing calls from O2 but not 3rd parties. I ve since changed to opt out but did upgrade with them as they were very helpful and offered me a really good deal I couldn t get through my local store. Hope this helps others :-)

These calls are really getting on my nerves and upsetting have enough to do without them bothering me

This number, and a few others like it, have been calling me at random hours of the night, and play an automated message claiming to be from paypal, and telling me that there is an urgent security issue, and I need to verify my account details. It s clearly not from paypal, and is a way of scamming people.

Sounded like automated Halifax scam wanting to go through recent activity and wanting D/O/B.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. I get harassment calls everyday from this number, i even told them they have the wrong number but they still ring me. I have had enough of these types of people harassing people. "Brian" called from this number. He called me last week from a different mobile (which I blocked) introducing himself as "Barry".
