This is a genuine call/text from HSBC Fraud Department. Thought it might be a scam so I contacted HSBC from the number on the back of my Business Commercial Card and they put me through to their Fraud Department who knew all about the contact request without me having to provide the reference number. They told me all the transactions I had made on my card and all I had to do was confirm them. My card was unblocked straight away.
