Got a quote online following an advert on Facebook. Due to price decided not to take the offer & thought that’d be the end of it. BIG MISTAKE....4 calls within 5hrs & a total of 11 calls in 5 days. Number blocked & if I receive any further communication from them I’ll be contacting trading standards! Avoid at all costs!!!

I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. Fraud - this was an automated call supposedly from HMRC, which said that there was a tax fraud case in my name and unless I pressed 1 and speak to the officer overseeing the case. If I didn't, there would be a warrant issued and I would be arrested shortly. This is disgusting - what if it had gone to a vulnerable or confused person. It didn't mention my name, but if someone is frightened enough that will not register.

This is a media company that has several publications, one of which I was in called the Derbyshire Guardian and had the success I required. I also found them very reasonable on price as I am a small business with a small budget.

Called as TalkTalk, said the broadband connection would be off in 2 hours due to corrupt files from my computer! Told her she was talking XXXXX & put phone down.
Said I would be able to claim up to ?8000 from misselling of mortgages and credit cards. Were very nice at start of conversation which turned nasty when I refused to give ?1100 up front fee. Just a scam!
