The next day I called the contact centre and they confirmed that it was a scam and had to contact my bank and credit cards

Noticed that some of the words were not in the correct order (am guessing foreign translation).
Said he was from Sky Protect. New my cover was about to expire, my name and postcode. Wanted to give my a discount. I already had a letter about my renewal, so it must have been a scam. He didn't know my policy number. Said I would get a new policy number. Phoned Sky Protect direct. They new nothing about it.
