They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. I checked I was still registered with TPS and I was, so the next time they phoned I informed them of this and told them not to phone me again. Its been almost four hours now without a phone call, so feeling hooeful!
