Pointed out that a) its not their job and b) I d like to know where they got that info as I am a financial advisor and I take care of this myself! She got aggressive and rude so hung up. SCAM / SPAM: BT Scam! Asian sounding female called from a call centre, asking for me by name. I deliberately answered the phone in German, which made her hesitant. She said she was calling from 'British Telecom', and asked for Mrs **** again. I asked her who she was, in German, and she ended the call abruptly. When I did 1471 to get her number, it said 'Please Hang Up' which makes me think this is a spoofed number. Incidentally, I no longer have a BT phone line.
This number keeps ringing me everyday and won't leave me alone! Tried blocking but they just change last digit of number and ring again

This was on my bill, a call I made. This website incorrectly labels it as from 'Viet Nam Hanoi', which made this information very worrying, and I mark 'Who called me UK' as 'ANNOYING and Worrying'.. It is Machine Mart Gloucester, for my order 'click and collect' information, costed on my bill as 7 pence per minute. Slightly annoying, but worth sticking to email contact with MM as it cost me 34.8p for what was about a 1/4 minute call, so some must be a connection charge.
