I asked how they have my number and she said from a shared database of all UK providers, although this would seemingly breach GDPR for sharing customer's contact details and wouldn't make sense for the businesses to risk losing customers this way. SPAM- Phoning from a 'housing association' regarding the condition of the house I live in. Told them I'm missing roof tiles (actually am) and they got very confused and annoyed when I laughed at them. Clowns

As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

SCAM. Sent an email saying O had an unsecured loan for £5k approved that I applied for on Money Supermarket and to call the number. I didn’t apply for a loan so I knew this was icky. I also googled the email address that the email came from and nothing existed. Be very wary of this number.

Supposedly from Microsoft wanting to know if I was the main user of the computer? When I asked why he said they have been getting a lot of notices and that my security software was being corroded. He asked when I'd last used the computer and when I said it was none of his business he said **** off a****** and hung up!
This number has called me several times in the past few days & 3 times today alone. I do not answer unsolicited calls & NEVER give ANY personal information over the phone, not to even confirm my name. I suspect this is an automated dialer & more than likely a scam.
