Robot calls asking if you had a car accident then you get transfered to a call centre. They said they are Catterpillar Advice Services at 56 Ellis St, Birmingham B1 1HN. They gave me a bogus website address but when I couldn't find it they said it was under construction. Sounds like scammers.
That easy, I made an appointment, showed up, the dentist waited no queues, done in less then an hour, very reasonable priced too.
