They were offering me PPI. Guess it might have something to do with Experian credit report trial for which I signed up recently, but not sure about that.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17529375xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, insurance marketing and PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
