It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. SCAM Told me they were from Virgin media and that they had notifications on their system of bad Internet connectivity asked how many devices I had and then wanted me to go on a PC or laptop to authorise them onto said computer so they could show me what was wrong ????? Not once was I asked for my account details or if I was the account holder
I missed the call they rang at 7:17pm who rings at this hour? ????♂️ it's most likely spam as Google doesn't show that it belongs to any reputable company. Also no idea how they have my number so I'll just block it for that reason alone.

Scam caller - claimed to be from Virgin. I kept them on the line for a while then when I told them I was aware they were a scammer they immediately became very abusive. Vulnerable people could be taken in.
Anonymous call, 17:24, 24/4/23. Nobody spoke, but I could hear background office noise. After 3 seconds they hung up.
