This is 100% M&S finance. I called them about some money they owed me, on the number 0800363400, the recptionist said someone would call me back about my querery. When I got the call back (30 mins later) it was from this number 03459000900.

Finally answered after about 3 missed calls each day for a few consecutive days. Said they were Vodafone and did I have a couple of minutes to spare for customer satisfaction survey. Said fine. Then asked me account security questions. I said you called me, why would I tell you? No chance. They suggested if I was worried I could ring them afterwards and change my security settings! Nice one. Mugs. Block.

Scam... as per other reports... Automated voice saying the the internet connection would be disconnected in 24 hours. Probably would have put me through to some parasite who wanted my credit card number but I hung up long before that point.
