Got a silent call from these at 13.09 this afternoon. Got the number from 1471. When you call back it s a recorded message that tells you it s from Samwar Communications Inc on behalf of the London Advisory Board and that they will call back as all their operators are busy.

In the past, it is a number which has been advertised for customers to contact with enquiries/orders, but return calls normally show caller IDs of the mobiles used by customer service team member calling, rather than this number.
This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !
