This was an automated call. Claiming to be HMRC and advising I had a warrant against me for unpaid taxes. My voicemail picked up the second half of the recorded message which advised me to press 1 to be connected to an advisor. DO NOT ANSWER!
Didn't pick up because I assume it's a random dial by computer for sales or scam.
I do not know any one in Colchester.
