Not sure, but seemed to want all my ID details to confirm the refund I was to receive in couple of days, and was vague about who was calling, claimed to be some sort of Financial Authority. Number is Manchester area, and with all due respect to friends in Manchester, apart from Blackburn Lancashire, a call centre dialled call from Manchester rings more alarm bells than phone bells.

Ditto to last comment. Two or three times a day. If you answer it goes to a ringing tone. Balls to that. Have blocked about 30 0843 numbers so far. They just keep coming.

Had calls from this number repeatedly over the last few days, call gets hung up as soon as i answer, tried calling back constantly engaged,have been with TPS for many years

Similar call to other comments. Loft lagging can cause condensation and we ll do a free survey. etc etc. Hung up and number blocked

Called on landline, saying his name was Chris and talking about a government grant available. Told me I had had insulation in my loft recently and it was possible it could cause...

A lady was on the phone asking whether I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. I asked them where they had my number from and then she hung up.

Annoying company called EEC Want your details to looking into miss sold insurance or bank ppi. Will not go when told no thank you... very pushy!

Roofing company who seemed to be unaware that my number was on the TPS list. To be fair, the supervisor did apologise and said they thought they had checked the list.

I am fed up of these people calling me even though I have asked them to remove my number. I used their service once a long time back and I m getting calls many months later. I ve now got them blocked.
