I phoned them and told them straight not to phone my number gain, they don t know me, they asked me is this ******* my address blah blah. The company is called fidelity something. Nuisance calls and they need to pack it in.

Told me I d applied for a loan, I hadn t! Refused to give his details or tell me where he had got my number from. He was very rude demanding I agreed to applying for a loan and that I wanted one! I asked to speak with manager stating I believed fraud was being commited in my name. He said he was the manager and promptly hung up on me. Don t answer calls from this number, not a pleasant experience.

Told me he had detected my wireless connection was slow and they had been monitoring it for two weeks on the DNS server. He said my computer had a virus and needed me to connect to the internet so he could fix it. I told him I was an IT manager and he was talking nonsense and to go forth and multiply. He rang back and replied likewise and called me derogatory names. Don t be fooled by callers from this number telling you your computer has a virus. Hang up!!!

Has called 3 times this month (March 2014). Nobody speaks when answered.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Calling about a change to a hospital appointment. It s a legit number.

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland.
