Totally agree with the above comments, extremely rude. Telephone manner is something they really need to work on. Especially when they call individuals liars!

Warranty/insurance scam. Problem is few of these scams get reported to the police so it’s rare that the criminals get nicked. This site probably gets more reports of scam calls and texts per hour than the police get in a month. This number called with message about "every house needs to be done by 2016" plus "we are in your area" last week - some solar panel scam. Didn t answer - the message is recorded on my answerphone. Same message from 01316483485 yesterday - same result. This lot have probably rented fake numbers from a major phone company which offers them on its web site. Some firms offer call centres numbers which give the person called the idea that it is a local call.
