Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. This number has called me relentlessly trying to get information from me. I have bipolar and have no issues with my benefits claim. They keep stating that I need to send them my bank statements and have refused to give me her employee number or managers number or a contact for the department she works for.
