i Bought a car with a warranty 3 years ago, with Auto Protect, paid aprrox £750 for 3 years cover, a pulley went on my car & was leaking water into the engine, car was barely 3 yr old, This wasn t covered apparently - cost me £350 to repair!!!!! total waste of money this company!! After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me!
