I got a call from this number and the person I spoke to introduced herself as calling to do "Market Research" on behalf of TalkTalk Business to gauge the level of their customers satisfaction. She had a worrying amount of information about me already; she began the call by asking "Can I confirm that I am speaking to *My Name* of *My Business s Name*, *My Business s Address* - with all of that information being correct.
