I did not open this call but I assume it could be a spam/scam because I do not live in Scotland and do not have a reason for anyone from Scotland to call me.
Definitely a scam, tried to inquire about something to do with housing and when I explained this was a work number, became very rude and argumentative. Background noise was like a call centre, with lots of people talking.

Distinctly foreign woman claiming to be from HMRC. I hung up before the spiel started.
SCAM I recognised the 01296 as a scam number and said I blocking that number, the line went dead. I blocked the number.

This person claimed to be my child who had smashed their phone and wanted me to WhatsApp this number, which I didn’t do. They said they had called from a friend’s phone 07599569709 which was about to die. This is terrible preying on parents. I don’t know what would have happened if I clicked on the number. Parts of this was in bold to make it seem urgent. I'm not expecting any delivery from Evri. But I checked with the Evri app anyway. Nothing showing! I suspect this is a scam, taking advantage of the Christmas shopping period.
