Yes, they are business rates cold callers. told me that I have been overcharged on my business rates and am eligable for a rebate going back 5 years, but then wanted a large up front fee. dont trust them. they will tell you whatever they think you want to hear, in order to rip you off.

I rang the number on a different phone and a recorded message repeated ?call 08446723322? several times. I did not call as I do not recognise either of these numbers & a legitimate caller would leave a message stating who was calling.
