They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. They use a dialler to make contact and do not charge for their service. If you agree to have a surveyor visit your home they are polite and helpful. Their home assessment is free of charge. If they identify an issue they bring it to you attention. They then compare your home's issue with previous case studies.

these people phone at least twice a day (sometimes more) and ask for 'mr firkin'. ive asked for my number to be taken off there list but the calls keep coming.
I have had 2 calls in 2 days from this company regarding my washing machine warranty. They could not tell me how they knew what machine I had as I recently obtained this machine from my brother. No paperwork completed on transfer.
I answered and they hung up, tried to return the call but it says the number isn't recognised.
Guy said he was from fraud department and when I questioned him he told me to f off and hung up.
