Noise in the background of dozens of other asians shouting the same thing to other people. Clearly a scam to extract money by fraud. Give them their character in words of your choosing then put the phone down. 01456 is a UK code but comes up as international on caller display so the origin of the call has been faked

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618144xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI claims, financial services, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
