As Title, used comparison site Mustard for a car insurance quote, got a call from this number saying they represent companys not on Mustards comparisons but couldnt give a price even close to the better quotes i got from Mustard, Confused or Go Compare. I wouldnt bother wasting time answering again if i had a do over !!

This number has called at least twice a week for the last 4 months, I had enough today so answered the call only to find it was someone trying to tell me they could help me get some PPI payments back, I kindly informed them that I did not need their help as I had already claimed for myself and did not need them getting in the middle and taking up to a third of it for doing nothing !! they are now on my blocked list.....

These people called claiming to be from the BT preference service. I told them I wasn't interested 3 times. Since then I've had three silent calls - all 6 calls were today. This is a scam.

This is apparently a lottery syndicate. They wanted me to set up a direct debit of £39/month. It started from a "win a free iPhone, guaranteed". They asked for my contact details, and then it became apparent that my details would be given to lots of companies. Then 02036346988 called me. This is apparently a syndicate of 150 people and you get 75 lines per week, in the EuroMillions lottery. If you win nothing in any month, then you get a full refund of your £39. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181490xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with some wide-scope telemarketing call centre, reported with PPI, insuarance marketing, loans/debts, energy schemes. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
