SCAM Must be a scam this number randomly called me today. Automated voice saying it was HM revenue & customs claiming that there was a fraud case in my name that I needed to press 1 to speak to the officer on the case. That if I didn't sort it then I'd be arrested shortly. Load of bollacks if you ask me didn't bother pressing 1 & hung up straight away soon as the automated voice got out what it was obviously programmed to say. Probably would have tried to get some sort of financial detail

Person on the phone told him he was calling from HMRC, quoted some references that sounded legit, including the details of an arrest warrant because of unpaid taxes... But then when he tried to ask questions, person on the phone became really aggressive... Which only wound my partner up and made him ask more questions. Just received a call from this number about online trading. When asked how they got my number, she said online banner ! Strange - I asked her to remove my details - she said that I would need to speak to someone in the company and would not give me the name of the company. Then hung up on me.
