Received this call from this number introducing the company as CMA after I'd had an accident. Told me my details were 'passed on to them'. They've been harassing me every night from similar numbers for almost a week now. Asking me to confirm details of accident so that some sort of insurance or compensation claim can be made against the other driver's insurance. Avoid!!
The caller said my Sky and tv equipment insurance had expired. Don’t have any. When l asked what he wanted me to do he said renew it. I asked again for whom he was calling - repeated the above. Microsoft from Reading called from this number and repeated the call 3 times despite scepticsm. Apparently all our devices have been hacked. It was difficult getting them off the phone but although they were convincing I think this was a scam caller that tried to keep us on the line and did so for 12 mins!!

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. After applying for a loan this company rang me multiple times a day i asked them to call me back after 6pm the first time as i was working and did want to see if they could help me but the I had 7 calls off the in 3 hours NOT one after the time I said I could answer, the following day the same company different number rang me 13 times between 10 am and 4:30 pm so i blocked those numbers, the following day i had a further 14 missed calls from this company off another 5 numbers. So far I am I up to 14 number
