Also used my wife s name, instead of mine, and she s not an Orange/EE customer. Told them I could hardly hear them. They said they d call again soon with a different headset. Don t trust them. Did not sound legit.
It s auto direct. I had 3 years free cover with them as part of my car finance agreement. They keep ringing asking for me and declaring my make and model of car and then hanging up. Wish they wouldn t hang up so I can tell them to do one. I had the best policy from from them which covered everything except for tyres, air filters, spark plugs and oil and when my suspension coil snapped they refused to pay for it.
