This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !

I received an unsolicited call to my personal mobile, which started with the announcement that the person was "Molly" and then gave a surname and company, and went on to ask about an accident "in which you were innocent". SCAM / SPAM rang me on house phone and automated message said it was my broadband provider (name not specified) and that they were going to cut it off due to illegal use. it went on to say press 1 to speak to someone.... blah blah blah, I hung up but did not ring my broadband provider from my house phone. by the way WHO CALLED ME I have no idea what automat and paid number is as an option to choose for type of call.. maybe you could explain?
