This number (07379 253353) is printer on stickers that have been stuck on people?s front doors without consent. When you attempt to peel the sticker off, it damages the paintwork. The police suggest you never called the number on a sticker if you need a locksmith as often they are scammers. Email replied immediately saying wanted to do PayPal transaction in full no questions asked. I emailed back not interested in a scam. Reporting to PayPal.
