04 Nov 2021 - A woman called me on this number claiming to be from the post office which had a part unpaid parcel for me. I asked for the reference number. She gave me a fake reference number which I typed into the post office website and it came up invalid. She then proceeded to say that the reference number will not show on the website and once I pay I will get a new reference number which will show. I then called her out on her bullshit stating I had used post office before and this is definitely fake. S

claiming to be a LOCAL energy efficiency company channg loft insulaton. London number but this is not local to me. The man wanted to check my ID.
