SCAM - 01398899743 called this morning. Recorded message about broadband provider cancelling and disconnecting today - press 1 or 2 to speak to technical manager or to renew. These calls are an absolute nuisance!
I have received six calls from them today and have been receiving at least two calls a day for the past ten days.

Daniel Bennett - Claiming to be from BT local business - saying our contract was expired, but we just renewed it, and said payment data but didnt line up with our bank statement at all. I was cautious. He didn't seem to mind I put the phone down so guessing it wasn't important I spoke to him!

Company said they were with DFS, called three times in an hour and that I had requested a call back when I hadn t. Not only did they call me but they called six of my friends with racist names and personal information. Getting ridiculous as none of us had got in contact with them. Dialing area code says pontefract but having gone onto DFS website, there s no DFS in the area.
