I object to uninvited calls at the best of times but more especially when I am busy. The woman gave her name, and in a foreign accent said she had called about my telephone bill. "I see," was my comment. She proceeded to tell me she was from Switchit and was ringing to say she could guarantee a 40% reduction in my telephone bills. Keep being called by this number around 2-3 times a day during working hours (so can t pick up). It s so, so annoying and I wish they d just stop calling! No idea where they ve got my number from, but (being a regular victim to nuisance calls) if I don t recognise the number I won t answer. Would love to know who this is.
