Honestly, banks tell you not to speak to callers asking straight away for your personal details, but then they go & do just that, in a call that appears to be coming from another country.

I messaged TSB on twitter and asked if their fraud dept. could do something to stop this scam number from calling people. They sent back a message saying it WAS their collections dept number and to tell my son to update his details in branch or on line, which he has done. The number they provided was 0345 600 8973 to enquire as to why they keep calling. Hope this helps."
