Chris - 'my local energy advisor' has a lot to answer for. Calls every odd day on a different number.
up o 4 times a day calling, ask them to remove you from the list but they put phone down and you get another call 10 mins later. reported on www.ico.org.uk. I am already registered on TPS so this makes no difference to them.

13. 10 27/8/21 call about " BOILER INSURANCE RENEWALL" SCAM.
Automated answer informed me that my national insurance and bank accounts had been suspended. A crime number had been issued and court proceedings instigated. I was to press “1” to speak to operative. Safe to say I hung up. Strangely the actual phone number is very close to my own phone number….only a couple of digits out.
