Only thing is, I did check my package and changed it about 10days ago so…either sky are really poorly run and don’t know what they are doing with their so-called “loyal” customers or…. It was a scam. Told them I had done it already and he hung up. No “have a nice day” or nothing! Cheek!

Called claiming to be from virgin media. Asked to press ctrl and r on your computer. This is the start of the process to allow remote access. I'm aware of someone who did this and then had an attempt to have internet banking set up. Someone else had their bank account emptied after doing what they asked. I told them I wasn't prepared to do anything as was aware of scams from people claiming to be calling from virgin media. They hung up straightaway then.
