I was rung up on 30.8.21 by a female Indian (?) voice claiming to be a representative of BT. There was a large amount of background noise, indicating, presumably, that this female was ringing from some sort of call centre. As I do not have a BT phone I rang off before she could get into her stride about rates. My hope is that she and her colleagues will slip in a pile of dog poo and break their ruddy necks.

This is Scottish Power s Debt Collection Dept. Don t waste your time answering or returning calls to them though! Left them 2 months ago, received final bill, paid via direct banking which the bank have confirmed but still being hounded. Best to write off to them in writing with an actual paper bank statement if you re having issues like this as all their e-contacts seem to be incompetent chimps too!
