This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Phishing number! !DO NOT CLICK ON LINK SENT BY TEXT TO YOUR MOBILE! I received a text early in the morning saying that I had a DHL delivery and to click the link for tracking information. This is a phishing scam and should be disregarded.

Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!
Did not answer. Knew who it was as I’d previously told them that I’d recently changed my tariff with BG themselves and this included them supplying a smart meter which they will soon be doing. Only getting one because it was a good deal with the tariff. Told him to remove me from their records as it was pointless calling me. Certainly don’t want a second meter thank you!
