Funny though, although I use Aviva I never give my phone number on quotes or anything else so I 'm not sue how they have my number. Just checked their web site and it's definitely not on there!"

"This number is 100% legitimate as my car insurance is due. The thing is I contacted Aviva two weeks ago after accepting a quote from RAC which was £177 lower (yes you read that right). I told them "thank you very much" but wouldn't be re-insuring with them for 2018/2019. Surely they have put this on their records - unless it's the old scenario of one computer doesn't talk to another!"
