Ignored but just as phone began to ring I received a one-time-passcode from O2. This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. Sounds as if it is a bank scam call as it was a recorded message warning me of suspicious transactions to companies which I hadn't used before. As you would expect from a recorded message, it didn't ask for myself or my wife in person or to try & authenticate me.
