They keep ringing and asking to speak to me then all I can hear is loads of talking in the background.

likes others have said, they call several times a week and hang up if you ever answer. I got a "free" warranty from them when I brought a second hand car, now I m guessing they are trying to get me to extend this warranty as it s about to run out.

I am currently getting 4-5 calls a day from this number and they are driving me insane! They are calling really early in the mornings and at weekend too. I m disabled so don t get up and about too early and these "people" regularly wake me up or sometimes I can t get to phone quick enough so they ring off then I ve just got sat down again or back into bed and they ring again. I ve told them I m not a homeowner or eligible for the grant but they just keep on ringing.........

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. This is a fake number. The call was definitely a scam. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION to an unknown...

Called my mobile 4 times, I blocked their number. They left message on answer machine but it was complete silence.

After doing an online insurance comparison on go compare, they call 2 or 3 time in quick succession until you answer. They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.

Second call of the day from this number. An Indian sounding man saying he was calling from the telephone preference service. About blocking calls. I just said I wan t interested and he ended the call

called 11:27PM awakened me to say my computer was going to be hacked, he had my name and address, was I manager of computer, I said, I am not going to answer that question. He said goodbye.
