I received a random phone call from this number, someone claiming to be Kevin Wilson, wanting to talk about the stock market. They knew my name, and my private phone number. Extremely invasive.
The call was about loft Insulation and was from A to B Homes. The caller wanted to know if my house qualified. When I asked where the company was based the caller terminated the call. Numbers 01182-302112 -308128 & -308140 are loft insulation scams. Phone rings and caller, a computer, hangs up if it doesn't hear a voice! If you answer "hello" or anything else, your line is then logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll be called back sometime later by a con-artist! Whenever you don't recognize a number, DON'T SPEAK! JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear anyone and the line goes dead, then you've just successfully escaped being scammed! Well done :-)
