Have added this Number to my black list on my phone a few months ago. I can always see when they have called in the logs. The calls stopped but started again, in conjunction with spam texts about a car accident claim (Not a valid one). Ignore. They are scammers. Not worth the time. Shame the law can t seem to get them to stop.
Received a call from this number 2/11/15 claiming they were calling from a building control organisation. When I asked to clarify who they were etc. the call was ended. Typical behaviour of a scam company.

Looked like a local number so I answered but the phone line was really bad and sounded like a foreign voice in a call centre from another country. He said he was a financial advisor, so I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.
