When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? Call center Pertaining to be from Whoopsie.co.uk. Another boiler maintenance company. They actually seem to be a legitimate firm offering alternative boiler maintenance contract as insurance brokers.. However, I am already with British Gas and have no problems with them and also 7 month left on the contract. Rather pushy sales rep who insinuated I had wasted 20 minutes of her time. In that case, job done at this end I would say.
