Would not post me the information due to covid 19. I said I would have to refuse offer as covid is not an excuse for not sending out written information. The number is legitimately Carphone Warehouse. I made a purchase over the phone and instantly regretted it as I was worried I'd just been scammed, but I rang up Carphone Customer Services and it was a legitimate transaction that had gone through their system. The calls may be annoying, but the number is trustworthy.
