Yes, they are business rates cold callers. told me that I have been overcharged on my business rates and am eligable for a rebate going back 5 years, but then wanted a large up front fee. dont trust them. they will tell you whatever they think you want to hear, in order to rip you off.

To be honest they don t cold call and if you aren t willing to speak to them then chances are you have a tiny idea of what they probably want yet don t have the means to satisfy then right now. Didn't answer, though when these numbers call I tell em it's illegal to call a minor and to delete my number. Though I am not a minor it gets them scared so they remove my number from their system. Recommended to not answer
