2 calls from this number today saying that my IP address is being disconnected in two weeks - No IP of any sort at the premises concerned

I rang back and the company refused to accept my call on the basis that I withheld my number - obviously whoever it is has something to hide.

when asked caller how he got my number he said is was from a database supplied by the government !!!, fat chance, told him I did not take cold calls, does he think I was born yesterday
