Nuisance call from someone pretending to be R K Legal, accident claim.

Goes dead when you answer and goes straight to a machine when you call back. I only answered cus it was a local area code not the usual unknown or witheld number. Arghhh. Annoying!

Asked to message on what's app from shpock. Don't bother not worth the hassle.

Automated call which purported to be that I had been reported for fraudulent tax claims etc - total scam attempt

TAXES / HMRC automated service stating there is a tax case against you and asks you to press one or warrant will be issued and you will be arrested shortly. Possible scam?

car accident scam

Indian guy - claimed my router has indicated I have internet issues. Asked him where he was from and he said Bangalore, told him my provider was not BT - "But BT Openreach provide internet backbone for all UK - this is why we call you." Complete scam. Hang up or waste their time if you have the inclination.

OneDirect Ltd offering telephone service and equipment.

HMRC Automated Call SCAM Called and said they would put my Personal Insurance Number on hold if I did not press 1, had many of these and they are all scams as I have not faced any consequences after hanging up.

Called claiming that I was involved in a car accident. Hung up as soon as I asked where he got this incorrect information from. . Rung every day for the past few days at the same time.

Fraud I am receiving calls from this number and then several times again throughout the day on 0208 but with a change in the remaining 7 numbers, I have answered the only twice and the man on the line says the name of the same company, I have demanded that they stop or I will report them but they still insist on calling again. I'm not sire how I can stop them.

Exactly the same as previous comment but it was Sean Johnston that called first and then when I expressed concern he asked if I would like to speak to a more senior person. He repeated word for word what Sean had said and wanted me to log in to a laptop. I cut the call and heard no more. I have concern that a more vulnerable person may be sucked into this so please spread the word.
